hi for all wanna have the new winscp 4 in the portable apps
version of Winscp from here

here

simply download the standalone beta from

here

then change the winsp402.exe to winscp.exe

and put it in

x:\PortableApps\WinSCPPE\App\WinSCP

worked for me
