I'm getting more and more people hooked on these applications, but it is still a lot of explaining on what they need to do to set everything up properly, how to get add-ons, themes, etc.
I have "blank" copies of Portable FF and TB that have no personal data in them, but they have the settings, extensions, themes, and add-ons that I suggest that would have them ready to go. I also have just set up everything for them and burned to a CD and mailed it. But, they want them a little quicker; is there a way and a place to upload the program folders so they can just download a copy of the folder I created? FF runs 207 MB, I could knock out a few themes if needed to get that down; TB runs just under 50 MB.
