John,
On the main Thunderbird page right under the download button, there is a Link called "Languages" which leads here.
Further down in the support section, there is a Link called "Getting Thunderbird Portable in Other Languages" which leads here.
Shouldn't they both link to the same thing (https://portableapps.com/apps/internet/thunderbird_portable/localization)???
Especially as all the other Mozilla Apps dont have an "other Language"-section on their support pages.
You are here

Thunderbird Language Link Question
Yeah, I kept forgetting to switch that. It was from back before I had the separate TBP localization page. I just noticed it again last week... and then promptly forgot to fix it. It's fixed now.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
I stumbled on it while translating the page into German.
BTW
It would be nice if could notify Marko or me if you change something on the page so we can update the translation (just post or email).
Thanks.

Doesn't sound likely
I'd say, save a copy of the page to your hard drive then check back to see if it's changed.
