How t disable startup screen while program starts

Using the search function in the upper right hand corner will help you.
Try searching for "disable splash"

a good one I found is:

You would need to do this for each app.
The .ini for FFP is found at:

FirefoxPortable\Other\FirefoxPortableSource
and is called:
FirefoxPortable.ini

edit it as mentioned in the link above and move it to:
FirefoxPortable\
