is it possible to run any of these apps without running an exe

You see i have to work with a dead rubbish version of IE6n Which is slower than hell. Now i wouldnt mind if someone could tell me or post how to run any of these in an exe banned enviroment. I've actually taled to the tech guys at my school but they screamed at me not to look at there moniters when i was looking at the flashylight server box behind them and told me no chance. My It teacher is thinking of lifting a few apps for me but i wouldnt mind it if you could make them totally non exe (prefrably firefox) THis would be greatly appreciated if you could do it even though to the best of my computing knowledge you cant.

removed unrelated windows is evil comment and link

?????????

NO! First of all, firefox it self can't be run without an EXE, and FFP has a launcher that makes it portable, without the launcher, it would not be portable.

.

OK, numero uno: Please use proper grammar and spelling. A bit of whitespace would be good too.
Nummer zwei: It is not possible to have "non exe" applications, an application is an executable. Try using the INI files to change the app's name to something that is allowed, like winword.exe or iexplore.exe
Number 3: What relevance does Ubuntu have to your question?
