better management of sec updates, preventing forget and easy scheduling/workflow friendly

to prevent forgeting, extreme long unpatched time and unneeded official pointing out sec issues,
a simply added contact form could be also a possibility to direct convert to a task or appointment to schedule it.
it would be a huge improvement in all areas, like said.

sorry for not pointing out, but was not sure if good idea, as publisher have sometime longer no time to update and i thought better not to make it public.
that was one reason i wanted to better use contact form, which would be possible better in long term, as situation can recure.
as of copeing with hard things, i sometime have to give up if its not possible to quick solve, like fill a form.
can one somehow put easy, by one-click or automatically task out of mail into desktop calendar and/or online one?
maybe its a good idea for feature.
no idea how is your best working flow, maybe even ticketing system.
try to help and make it safe and efficient.
i fully understand its mostly one man show, and try not to point out sec bugs.
thx
ps.
just trying to make it easy, optimal, efficient, safe and workflow friendly, and learn something.
friendly improvement and simplyfing idea/tip.

works automatic already

I am really not shore what you try to describe here.
But the portable apps platform does updates automatically when you start it.
So you want to have an machine sent email (landing in your spam folder probably) to tell you switch your portable apps on?

If you look for an easy way

If you look for an easy way to report an update, you can use the outdated apps thread (you already know). It's not easier to use a contact form instead.
