This is an installer I've made for NeoRame, it's a simple modification of John's portable app installer, except it's for themes.
The installer is Copyright John T. Haller of PortableApps.com. I only modified it a bit.
The package includes a readme that tells you everything you need and need to do.
This installer can ONLY be used with theme released under the GPL License, which is included. Read the comment below as well.
NeoRame, your theme is not included, just the names, or else it would have taken to long to upload, and currenty, this won't work with a "theme bundle" without changeing a couple lines.

Keep in mind that you can only use this on themes where all the graphics have been GPLed. So you can't use this for anything that includes icons from non-GPLed sources (freeware sites, other operating systems, etc) or artwork that has not been GPLed.
Also, keep in mind that this will be superseded by the PATheme package format being released shortly.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
