Latest install fails file not found when using Auto method. Using manual method only previous version is installed 138.0.1

I fixed the download issue in the PA.c Platform's Updater. Thanks for the heads up.
Not sure what you mean by manual method. The download from the LibreWolf Portable homepage is 139.0-1.
