For future requests, please read the Request App Guidelines. Providing all of the components from that format gives you a much better chance of having the application you wish made portable. You need;

When requesting an app, please provide the following information:

1. Name of the program
2. Website for the program
3. Description
4. License (e.g. Freeware, Open Source, GPL, etc)
5. Anything else which might help

You, unlike many provided a link, but we still need the description and the rest as well.

Also, next time, before posting, Search using the feature on the top right corner of this site, for Dia, that would have shown you it has already been requested a few times. So you can take a look at those posts, and just keep those points in mind next time.
