[Fixed] Notepad++ 8.8.2 installer flagged as Malware

This is due to the base notepad++.exe files from the publisher being unsigned. The 32-bit version has multiple false positives. I've signed them with our digital certificate and released it as Rev 2. The installer and both notepad++.exe files show as fully clean in VirusTotal as of release.
