[Fixed] Platform 30.0.3 shows 30.0.2 and doesn't show What's New

Help Screen is displaying 30.0.2 after upgrading to 30.0.3.

Also, doesn't throw up the "What's New" screen when first launching after upgrade.

Confirmed, Update Coming

I can confirm this. An update will be coming shortly to update Croatian locale so that will solve this, too
