Hello,
I believe this is indeed a new topic (I've done the due diligence of searching the forum and the web).

This is the app I'd like to request: https://www.iliumsoft.com/ewallet/

Can you please advise if it's eligible to create a portable version?

Payware only with the developer's involvement

We primarily deal with open source software and freeware with a permissive license.

Since eWallet is paid software we would need the app's developer to contact us to talk about a business agreement. That's the only way it would ever be released here.
