I have it as a flash file and as a compiled flash executable. it's pretty much portable already

edit: yay! I found an exe version of beta 2! Works great! Runs almost portable unless you don't save your data! here it is:

Flash is not portable. It creates .lso (or .sol) files within %APPDATA%\Macromedia\Flash Player
