don't work with WIN 11 24H2 (error message like "mozglue.dd isn't made to run on windows... reinstall...error 0x0000428")
TB run on the same PC if TB folder is on local (c:)

I'm guessing it's NTFS. Are you sure all permissions allow full access? If you installed on Win10 and Win11 is having issues, it could be that.
Also, please include the exact error. You can usually hit CTRL-C while the error window is focused to copy the message.
