...only they'll be Piriform's versions, not PA's. Try https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/builds Ditto https://www.piriform.com/recuva/builds and https://www.piriform.com/defraggler/builds although for the latter two they're only offering installers, no ZIP versions.
Also, looks like (only) Ccleaner's download page isn't buggy.

I just tried it both via the online installer directly and via the PA.c Platform and both installed without issue.

Try the new Repack installer. You can download it directly or do it within the PA.c Platform.

it downloads now, having issues to make Ccleaner working (buggy PC, or Win7 32 bit issue !?). Unable to test on a 64 bit OS now. PS. Tanks!

I have just tested it on my Win7x64 and it works fine.
