Summary of the situation can be seen here: Are Releases of LibreOffice at Version 25.8 and Above for Windows Now Only 64-bit?
For John to note, if wanting to pack LibreOffice 32-bit for the 25.8 series then you need to go LibreOffice download archive and get the 32-bit implementation there.
Hope this helps.
I didn't realize that. I thought they'd just dropped it directly along with Windows 7/8 support and was planning accordingly.
I think I'll split out a LegacyWin10x86 build or something.
Also, it turns out LibreOffice 25.8.1 will run on Windows 8.1 even though the installer locks it out from installing.

Does it make newer LO (installed) versions run on Win 7?

I don't test as it isn't within my realm of interest.

I'll try to find a way to test.
