Chrome 64 bits Portable does not launch anymore after update

Hello

It is the 2nd time.
I have updated Google Chrome Portable (64 bits) this morning and after updated it does not work..

Last update I had to remove and install from scratch.. and now few weeks later same thing..
It launch but then nothing happens.

Could you please someone could guide me?
I do not want to remove and reinstall again.
