Cannot log into Zoho server

Nothing changed. SMTP apparently works as it sent my support reuests. This is a recurring problem that affects many users; from time to time zoho server is repeatedly asking for PW in a loop. It used to get resolved by zoho support, but this time they ignored my multiple requests for help. It's not happening with other providers. My zoho accounts are imap. Tried creating one with pop - not possible.

Any solution before i ditch zoho? Is there a list of free secure providers accessible to TB? I like Proton, but it charges for that...Thank you
