Portable apps icons missing for documents, videos, pictures etc

When a portable apps drive is viewed in Windows 11 Explorer, the usual folder icons for documents, videos, etc appear as regular windows folders, not the usual Portable Apps folder icons. Windows 11 also asks to confirm before running the portable apps program.
On my Windows 10 Computer, I can see the Portable apps icons, and I am not asked to confirm before running the portable apps program.
Is this just something new on Windows 11, or is there something I need to fix on my Windows 11 computer?
