Problem loading page

hi, i get this infos when i access to my portable firefox link "connection has timed out...If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection. how do i check it?
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web (how to have this infos)".thanks a lot for help.

Firefox can't connect

So you're probably behind a firewall and need to use a proxy server. If you check it out in IE you can find it (Tools - Internet Options - Connections - LAN Settings). Enter that info into Portable Firefox. Either that or you're just blocked.
