RedNotebook 2.42 won't be persuaded to open on secondary monitor.

The update (via platform) changed behaviour under Windows10 in that RedNotebook now insists on opening only on main monitor and usual remedies to keep every start on secondary monitor don't work for me. Is this a portabalisation issue? I could see no obvious mention on rednotebook.app regarding this behaviour under Windows.

As an aside, the link on RedNotebook homepage to 'External: Publisher Support' is no longer valid. A further aside is that I had to specifically open my pre-existing journal when first running 2.42 as the filespec seemingly hadn't been preserved during the update though it has subsequently been reliably auto-opened on every start.
