very slow download speed when updating

very slow download speed when updating

Hi all,

wondering if I am the only one to experience slow download speeds when updating.
I have usually about 150-200kB/sec, sometimes even slower. I tried with a VPN via Finland and it went up to 1600kB/sec. From work, home or mobile i get the slow speeds.
Anyone else maybe?
