It's not possible to download it via Portable App Store.
Fixed the hash mismatch so it works now.

If it would be possible for you then try to find out if it is possible to disable "Check for Update" by default like other portable apps do.
It's not supposed to check with the portable.ini instruction on. It's likely that the old and unsupported 1.10.2 doesn't actually respect the setting. 1.3.3 does. You can disable it within Tools - Preferences - General.

I don't use it, but just wanna ask/clarify: This legacy version is 64 bit only & there is a 1.3.3 32 bit in the Mwayne's archive.
Any plans to add it for legacy 32 bit users, or is it (also) unstable?
