Repacking Apps

Is repacking of Johns PortableApps allowed???
Cause this guy does it. Its in german and other Apps too, but I thought I mention it.

It think it is allowed for most??, but not the mozilla apps certianly.

I know it is allowed

to redistribute the installer as an unaltered exe but some (Sudoku) are repackaged as zips which I think is not allowed.

Yes / No

Yes, in the sense that it's all open source, so you can do whatever, even print it out and make paper aeroplanes (or airplanes, if you are that way inclined) out of it.
No, in the sense that you can't use any trademarked logos in there, like the PA logo, Mozilla logos and names and any of the other artwork by PA/John.
