The new release is not working as a result of the programs FreeDownloadManager folder as located within the App subfolder of the fdmPortable folder missing all its folders with that i mean the files that should be directly within the folder are there but all the folders that should be there and the files in those folders are missing after an instalation as compared to the previous release.

I just installed it fresh to a new directory and all 12 folders and 116 files are located within fdmPortable\App\FreeDownloadManager as expected. Please try reinstalling. If that fails, please include "system details (OS version, 32 vs 64-bit), install path, new vs upgrade, etc."
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
