Description: Final version of MPC-BE for Windows XP SP2 (released in August 6, 2004). Later versions of MPC-BE for Windows XP, including version 1.4.6 (released in 2016) already available on https://sourceforge.net/projects/portableapps/files/Media%20Player%20Cla..., despite the allegedly declared support of Windows XP SP2 in the ReadMe files included with them, actually requires a minimum of Windows XP SP3 (released in April 21, 2008) and gives the error "The procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll" when run on Windows XP SP2.
