R3dfox 147: Cannot disable smoothscrolling. (Cannot register for Eclipse community either b/c registration question)

Hi I tried to register for the Eclipse community however I could not get past the registration question since I have only used Windows 10 once.
Which features are part of Windows 7 and which are part of Windows 10?
Please drag the options to the correct list, to avoid automated registrations.

So my question for R3dfox portable.
How does one disable Smooth Scrolling?
I have unchecked it under Settings>General>Browsing yet it keeps happening.
This makes it take too long to scroll while using the mouse wheel.

Thanks in advance.

Third Party Software?

Do you have third party software like Logitech Options or similar installed and have it turned on within there? You may need to disable it entirely there, at the OS level, or per-app in some third party mouse drive. Just some options to try.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!

"Do you have third party

"Do you have third party software"
No, just Ublock that came with R3dfox and a custom userChrome file that I have used on other firefox versions.
The problem doesn't happen on any other browsers.

If anyone would be so kind, maybe they could contact the admin of the Eclipse community and point out that the reason people are using r3dfox is because they are using Win7 and haven't used 10 or 11 and therefor do not know how to answer the registration question.

OS Level, Working Here

I meant to you have any third party mousing software at the OS level, not as an extension. Sometimes third party mouse software will force smooth scrolling within some browser but not others.

I fired up my clean Windows 7 64-bit virtual machine and installed r3dfox Portable. Disabling Smooth Scrolling in the manner you mention above works as expected and immediately turns off as soon as I uncheck it.

Please temporarily install a clean copy of r3dfox Portable to your Desktop directory without importing setting or logging in to sync. Then see if it works there. If it does, it's likely something wonky with your profile. If it doesn't, it's something with your PC/Windows. If you're using 32-bit Windows, it's another story as I haven't tested that.
