I would like to ask and request if it is possible to use a newer of version of Firefox ie. v130 or better and add current\full unicode and emoji, security support,etc.. as a ESR Legacy build for Win7 pro 64-bit,Win8+?

Thanks

Incompatible, Try r3dfox

Firefox 115 is the final version from the publisher that will work on Windows 7/8/8.1. There are third party builds that attempt to restore functionality at the cost of performance. r3dfox Portable is one such package. It works on Vista and later and keeps pace with current Firefox releases.

I have tried R3dFox but it

I have tried R3dFox but it also can't display certain uni-codes like on this site: Homeworld Lore for example. I did report the issue with those unicode not displaying through the Report broken site feature using the Report via github app while logged into my account there.

Why can't the Firefox portable ESR Legacy version v115(64-bit) be like R3dFox and have the latest ui/uncode,emoji support,etc...? I'm pretty sure that can be done? Tried R3dFox with logging into my Steam account and it runs fine

Firefox 115 is a dead end

Firefox ESR gets no new features, just security updates. It's nearly 3 years old. And it'll be dropped entirely at some point in the future.

r3dfox is your best bet. If a specific site doesn't work, it's likely an issue with that site and it incorrectly detecting r3dfox as a different browser and giving it the wrong JS, CSS, etc.

You could try

You could try

Not portable, though. Using the ZIPs, you can build a PA package yourself.

Been using R3dfox for a while

Been using R3dfox for a while but only temporary as it skins the scroller bars with default windows explorer ones which like in Facebook,Discord,here,etc... and that can be extremely distracting for me. Sad Have some issues with video chats in Facebook but that could've just been connection issues.

What Skinning?

There are a ton of options within within r3dfox for the skin including multiple scrollbar options. What OS are you on and what are you trying to make them look like?

One major problem with R3dfox

One major problem with R3dfox is when trying to have a group video chat on Facebook Facebook is unable to detect my laptop's webcam even though I have enabled it through the privacy settings and the volume is soft. I have to log out and use Portable Firefox to log into Facebook and do the video chat. Sad

Sorry about that as I forgot

Sorry about that as I forgot to press the reply button on my last post here . I discovered that Facebook isn't fully compatible with r3dfox but I can receive video but Facebook won't let me send video for a video chat. Is there a way that the r3dfoc dev team can get Facebook to sort that out?

Thanks

Unlikely

It's unlikely Facebook would be interested in fixing it for a niche use case like a browser designed for Windows 7. And I doubt anyone here could shed light on it. It would be more likely the r3dfox devs have an idea if it can be fixed or not, etc.
