I would like to ask and request if it is possible to use a newer of version of Firefox ie. v130 or better and add current\full unicode and emoji, security support,etc.. as a ESR Legacy build for Win7 pro 64-bit,Win8+?

Thanks

Incompatible, Try r3dfox

Firefox 115 is the final version from the publisher that will work on Windows 7/8/8.1. There are third party builds that attempt to restore functionality at the cost of performance. r3dfox Portable is one such package. It works on Vista and later and keeps pace with current Firefox releases.

I have tried R3dFox but it

I have tried R3dFox but it also can't display certain uni-codes like on this site: Homeworld Lore for example. I did report the issue with those unicode not displaying through the Report broken site feature using the Report via github app while logged into my account there.

Why can't the Firefox portable ESR Legacy version v115(64-bit) be like R3dFox and have the latest ui/uncode,emoji support,etc...? I'm pretty sure that can be done? Tried R3dFox with logging into my Steam account and it runs fine

Firefox 115 is a dead end

Firefox ESR gets no new features, just security updates. It's nearly 3 years old. And it'll be dropped entirely at some point in the future.

r3dfox is your best bet. If a specific site doesn't work, it's likely an issue with that site and it incorrectly detecting r3dfox as a different browser and giving it the wrong JS, CSS, etc.

You could try

You could try

Not portable, though. Using the ZIPs, you can build a PA package yourself.
