I'm used Seamonkey Portable 2.53.23 on SanDisk Ultra Luxe (Gen 1 ?)
Today, i'm closed Seamonkey, and extract USB-flash after a while some 15 second.
Now, i'm looked: my Bookmarks and Magazine visited Web-pages not available, "...because one of the files is being used by another application."

Other elements of the user profile: logins, passwords, etc. - survived.
How to find this file and restore bookmarks?

Usually, a reboot will fix issues of files in use if you don't want to try using one of the Unlock utilities to figure out what's wrong. May want to check the drive for errors, too.

1) Reboot didn't help.
2) No disk errors found.
3) Can you tell me more about unlocking utilities?
First, try copying your whole SeaMonkeyPortable folder to your Desktop directory and running it there. If it can't copy, there's corruption and your drive could be about to fail.
If something is locking a file, you can use a utility like IObit Unlocker Portable to determine what is locking it. And it can sometimes force unlock it.
