Hi,
It seems that the Latest version of LibreOffice Portable 26.2.1 Multilingual-All does not include MSVCRT runtime.
In support page https://portableapps.com/support/libreoffice_portable , in "Modifications", it says "The portable version comes with its own MSVCRT runtime in order to work on systems without local installed runtime too".
Is it something missed or LibreOffice does not require MSVCRT runtime any more?

The files concrt140.dll, msvcp140.dll, msvcp140_1.dll, msvcp140_2.dll, msvcp140_atomic_wait.dll, msvcp140_codecvt_ids.dll, vccorlib140.dll, vcruntime140.dll, vcruntime140_1.dll, and vcruntime140_threads.dll are all bundled with LibreOffice Portable 26.2.1. You'll see them in LibreOfficePortable\App\libreoffice\program.
