What is ocx.dll ?

make portable to run. CCLeaner also needs it and some other apps.

As all of ya should know Microsoft is the Evil Empire, and Windows (a.k.a. Winblows or Windoze) is their greatest general, so please make a difference and install Linux or Free BSD on yer Windows comp.
There is a portable version of CCleaner available on the app's website. See how they packaged it. If it is simply in the same directory as the CCleaner app, try that with your other apps.

Just checked my copy of CCLeaner, no OCX.DLL in the directories. Just .OCX files and .DLL files. Sorry.
ccleaner portable requires admin rights because it registers the ocx and dll files to windows/system32

You mean that it uses .ocx libraries? Because it doesn't load "ocx.dll".
