[Fixed] LibreCAD Portable 2.2.1.4

FilesMove error.
Local location of the file "librecad.alias" is in "%LOCALAPPDATA%\LibreCAD\LibreCAD" not "%LOCALAPPDATA%\LibreCAD"

FileWriteN error.
There are 2 FileWrite7.

Fixed in 2.2.1.4 Rev 2
