I don't know if it's the latest OperaGX update or Windows 11 update but my tabs keep refreshing each time I switch from one to another. I have turned the "Snooze inactive tabs to save memory" setting OFF and restarted the browser: but it did not fix.
I have no GX Controls settings enabled.

It must be coming from the browser because when I installed this extension it resolved my problem:

I have upgraded to the latest version 131.0.5877.57 and the problem is still there
