CudaText Portable 1.234.0.2 - installer problem ?

Hi,
I installed CudaText Portable (PAF) v1.234.0.2 with the intention of updating it to the latest version and then creating a new updated PAF executable.
After the update, I ran PortableApps Installer v3.9.16.0 and got this error:

I got suspicious and tried to recompile CudaText without doing any updates (I tried installing and then recompiling the same package): I got the same error.

Question:
Is this a CudaText or PortableApps Installer issue ?

Any suggestion ?
