I have thunderbird 152.0 64 bit, windows 11 pro. when I look into win firewall to allow apps through the firewall I do not see it listed. how do I add this. Also how do I add it in Windows antivirus to scan emails.

You won't see it listed as it is not an installed app. You use the Browse button to find X:\...\ThunderbirdPortable\App\Thunderbird64\thunderbird.exe and add that.
