Is Wine writen in Gambas?

I am learning that simple language: Gambas.
Now, it seems that the Wine dialogues are very similar (if not equal) to the Gambas already made Dialogs (ex: Error message, Save dialog).
Tell me if I am correct (I think I'm wrong, but, who knows?), please.

I could,

be wrong, but I believe most languages, Gambas included, use the default system dialogues for things like that, therefore all dialogs will look the same.
