on the nvu pages and they omly have localised versions for download.
But as NVU uses Mozilla technology, maybe it works to install the locale switcher extension and lang packs???

look out: DO NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BELOW, seems to be a problem with it
(edit after trying to un-install the language pack: although I'm Dutch speaking myself, I prefer to keep apps in their native language, so I uninstalled the language extension, and it produces the following startup error when uninstalled:

this is probably an issue with the program itself, and not with the portable version. Anyhow, wait a little before performing the actions below. Maybe someone else has bumped into this problem theirselves?
http://kompozer.sourceforge.net/lang/kz/kz-077-langpack-nlNL.xpi
download this file to your local computer, (bijvoorbeeld je bureaublad)
then go to Kompozer Porable, and click "Tools" --> "Extensions", in the extensions screen, select "install" and browse to the .xpi file; double-click it. it will then inform that the extension (well, language pack actually) will be installed as soon as Kompozer is restarted. do so. now your Kompozer portable should be in Dutch!
cheers

and it was *UN*installing the language pack that produced problems. I found no workaround, and had to delete and then re-install Kompozer Portable all over again to get it working.
I'm using KompoZerPortable in English and German. However, not in parallel but one after another. I wonder about above *UN*installing. We are here at PortableApps.
"Portable" allows for "throw away" the installation and for "install as many wherever you want". So have all languages available available. If it is in the same directory KompoZer at start can come up with a selection of configurations.
