How to make MY version of Photoshop Portable? (Elements 4.0)

Hey there.

I have seen that people have created ways to make Photoshop portable (NSIS Scripts, etc), But being the poor, jobless student that I am, I was only able to afford Photoshop Elements 4.0, the watered-down version of Photoshop.

Now I want to be able to run it on my flash drive.
I searched Google, but nothing was coming up. I figured, since Photoshop Elements is a different piece of software than the standard Photoshop, it probably won't accept the 7.0 script already posted on this site.

(I don't know jack about NSIS, which is why I am asking for help.)

Any help would be appreciated.
