i'm using thunderbird portable almost 6 month. today i tried to open it from my flash drive. it didn't work. it said: the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000006. what was happening?? what should i do? thx.

Just install a fresh copy over your old one (all mail data will be preserved) and it should work.
