Problem Downloading PortableApps

Hi-can anyone help please? I have tried downloading The PortableApps application, specifically the OpenOffice.org Portable application & i keep getting this message; "Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at optusnet.dl.sourceforge.net." I've had the same message with trying to download the 'Standard/lite/basic', etc. I've tried everything i can think of, all without success.
My OS is WindowsXP, SP2 & i am running Norton Internet Security. My browser is up to date [Firefox v.2], as is everything else. I'm wanting to put OpenOffice Portable onto a USB thumbdrive [1 GB]. Any help would be appreciated.
