Long Path Fixer allows you to delete files (usually folders) longer than 260 characters, which Windows allows itself to create but then do not allow you to delete.
These folders are created in %appData% and placed inside a 'Temp' folder.
The program declares itself Portable, but then creates a 'corz' folder in %appData%.
This 'corz' folder contains a 'Long Path Fixer' subfolder with two .ini files:
• date-time Long Path fixer.ini.ini
• Long Path Fixer.ini
The contents of which appear identical and indicate the names of the deleted folders.

Like all my Windows apps, if there is a copy of of the preference file (Long Path Fixer.ini) sitting right next to the program (Long Path Fixer.exe), it will automatically switch to portable mode, so you can happily put Long Path Fixer in a Pen-Drive, DVD, Blu-Ray, or wherever you like.
Normally, your Long Path Fixer.ini is stored in your user folder (C:\Users\\corz\Long Path Fixer). By the way, if you ever need to manually edit your preferences (unlikely), there is an option to do exactly that in Long Path Fixer's System Tray menu..
I tried this trick and it seems it worked for me: No info stored on %appData%.
1. "Install" the program. That is, unzip the downladed file and place its content in a folder, preferably not inside 'Program Files' to avoid access permission problems. Let's say, for example: 'C:\My Progs\Long Path Fixer\'. DO NOT RUN IT or it will very likely create the %AppData% entry.
2. Create a bogus 'Long Path Fixer.ini' file with Notepad or any text editor. I just placed a letter "a" inside, but its contents could be anything. The filename must be exactly that, rename it if there is a "txt" extension added, or anything.
3. Place this 'Long Path Fixer.ini' file in the folder used in step 1, i.e. the folder that contains the program executable: 'Long Path Fixer.exe'.
4. Run the program.
When the program is run for the first time it will make a copy of the bogus ini file and will rename it "[date-time]Long Path Fixer.ini.ini" and it will create a proper functioning "Long Path Fixer.ini" file. The bogus ini file can be deleted now. After a few program opening and closing actions I don't see any info added to %AppData%.
