The PortableApps.com mod version of registry.dll by gringoloco023 included in PortableApps.com Launcher is based on v3.5 of the official version. SetRegView 64 support only added as from v4. So the PortableApps.com Launcher will not be able to handle any 64-bit view registrys in 64- bit system.
