small rss reader and 10 times bigger portable apps then original portable one

i need a tiny feed reader since my very old 20mb is broken, as toold and droped?
i saw rss guard but your is 10x bigger then the original portable or my last one,
so i dont have so much space, it would cash my system.

i cant remember we had a small one, like rss owl.
we planed to build here the newest version of a droped,
as i can remember.
i hope we get one about 20mb or so instead of the in office package size.
i cant live without a feed reader.
sure, i could get a mail app but its also huge and i would not mix or use it in same app.
i hope we get or have already a tiny opensource feedreader.
or i need to try original portable rss guard.
EDIT but not sure whats the diff between the download with 'text' or 'web' in file name and which i need.
maybe you know and kindly explain.
hope its not a 10x shrinked zip file.
