Hi All
I would like to request a PortableApps version of Dia for Windows. This application is an alternate choice to MS Visio and is licensed under the GPL.

I know there is a copy of this application already portable out there on the web which although its default language is French is easy enough to make English, but I thought it would be good to add it to the suite of applications available on this site since there seems to be a demand for it and coupled with OpenOffice Portable, this would more than be a good alternative to the full range of applications contained within MS Office plus wrapped in John's scarily good installer seems to be what makes a PortableApp these days

I really like this program.. takes some time to get used to and has some quirks but does it's job really well and i use it daily.

Runs under WinXP; starts in English. No problems so far.
Yip got that! Thats the version I was talking about. Although it is portable and works fine its not quite the same as if it were hosted and maintained here. Since this is probably the most popular portable app site in the world (it gotta be true) it would have more exposure and a bigger community supporting it.
