I was just wondering how do you set it up? I not very sure how to.

Unzip it

Just unzip it and run PortableGaim.exe.

If you mean configure it, it's under Tools - Accounts in 1.5. And there's an Accounts menu in 2.0.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
