Hi All
Ive used this piece of software for sometime and thought I would put it up for nomination to be portablised by someone in the PortableApps.com team since it the best way to go. 
The software itself is used to compare the contents of two different files to see what differences there are. It is very handy when trying to find out where you have mucked up your coding. It is licensed under the GPL and would be a good addition to the arsenal already present here.

I made one of those a while back, too. Part of the tools I usually use for figuring out upgrades. I'll post it when I get a chance.
