XAMPP - whats the deal?

I noticed XAMPP on the software list, but the download doesn't have a paf.exe.
Is this a big deal?

Connector

It's not in PortableApps.com Format. You install it to the root directory and grab the connector. It's mentioned right on the XAMPP page.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
