Apps zip file won't open

The download zip file causes an eror in WinZip.
Any suggestions?

Check the checksum

Using something like WinMD5Sum to check that you have the real file. If you do, it's your ZIP program that's having issues.

Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
