GIMP: Install problems

I have downloaded the install file for GIMP Portable, but every time I try to install it from the package it tells me: The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete?

Does anyone have any alternative download locations or the like

Just delete it.

And try again. It was probably an incomplete download.
