EDIT:
You forgot to compile and include the launcher. ANd in the launcher sourcecode, there are some things wrong (website, copyright is RyanMcCue's, I think you cant use the LegalCopyright line with RareIdeas.LLC...)
I couldn't try it yet cause I'm at work but I will.

Fixed the launcher not being included and as for "RyanMcCue's" name i used one of his launchers as my base and forgot to change the names. In the Installer i left the copyrights to portableapps.com and RareIdeas LLC becuase its the portableapps.com installer and i wasent sure if i was alowed to change the copyrights in it or not.
I'll check it out/test in in the evening.
Looks like a neat, small handy tool.
As for the copyright, here, John made some comments on what to include and what not.
And if you update something, it would be better to use something like prerelease1, prerelease2 so people can keep track of what they have and what is the latest stuff.

In the launcher at line 200, it says
CopyFiles "$PROGRAMDIRECTORY\*.ini" "$SETTINGSDIRECTORY"
If you change that to
CopyFiles /SILENT "$PROGRAMDIRECTORY\*.ini" "$SETTINGSDIRECTORY"
it wont pop up the ugly "copying files" window.
Other than that I like the proggy and I use it daily to check my mails on the go and leaving TB at home on my HDD.
Thanks.
